Birthday Parties in the Barn

AT SWEET MEMORIES FARM IN IRON RIVER, MICHIGAN

You can now plan an amazing birthday party at Sweet Memories Farm!

Enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience in our cozy event space with lots of customizable options.

Our base price is $125 for two hours. The base price includes:

  • Up to 10 children over 1yr and younger than 16yrs plus adults.

  • Seating and tables

  • Use of refrigerator, electricity, bathroom, wash sink, and dumpster.

  • Up to one hour of set up time and 15 minutes of clean up.

A $50 non-refundable deposit will hold your date with the balance due before your party is set up.

Parent/Client is responsible for table covers, decorations, all tableware, food, drinks and cake. Also responsible for set-up and basic clean-up. Customize your party with some of our fun options or talk to us about your ideas.

Birthday Party Add-Ons:

Additional Children — $5 per child

15 children maximum total.

Farm Tour - $5/child

Hands on meet and greet with our farm family includes feed bags for all children. Will take about 45 minutes of your 2 hrs.

Build A Memory – $20-$30/child

Build one of our fun farm stuffies. Will take about 30 minutes of your 2 hrs. Large stuffies are $30, Small stuffies are $20. Must be pre- ordered.

Craftable Creations — Price Varies

Create something special to bring home! We will help to come up with a fun craft for a theme the birthday child loves. Price will vary.

Nature Hike — $25

A hike on our trails through the woods. Plan for ½ hr.

Theme Party — Price Varies

Custom theme party set up by us – Table covers, decorations, etc. Price will vary based on choices.

Fire Pit and S’mores – $35

Includes one hour of fire time, s’mores supplies

Party Favors — $4/each

Add farm themed gift bags – suitable for age 4-10.

Additional Time

Pre-booked overtime - $40 per 30 minutes.

Day of overtime - $30 per 15 minutes.

A few very important rules:

1. No smoking/vaping or alcoholic beverages anywhere on the property.

2. Please, no confetti as it is unsafe for our animals.

3. Balloons are fine but they cannot be released at the farm.

4. A minimum of 4 adults per 10 kids for all parties.

5. Please leave your pets at home. For everyone’s safety we can not allow them on the farm.

6. Please be kind and respectful to our animals. They are our family and they mean everything to us.

7. Our animals have a strict diet so please only feed them what we provide to you.
